I’ve been thinking about how it’s possible to maintain knowledge sources in Copilot Studio. I have multiple Copilots tied to individual text files to ensure that their knowledge is as narrowly focused as possible. However, documents can change over time, and I can’t see how my Copilot can keep up with updates to these documents.
The downside is that if I use SharePoint, I can’t link to just a single document, only an entire site.
Does anyone have experience with this?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Thank you for answering my question!
I experience that if I link to a specific document in SharePoint to my Copilot Knowledge, I get this error:
Alternatively, I can't see any other options than creating a site and a document library for my single file to ensure that they are dynamically updated. This is what I want - another way to maintain my text files without them being dependent on me manually updating them in Copilot Studio every time there is a change in the documents.
Thank you in advance for your help!
