when I run powerapps app , click new ---share point -- then select connect driectly (cloud services ) ,then click connect
it will show below error, cannot go to next steps.
Hi OOCL_Kustin,
Which account that is having issues connecting to sharepoint, the testing account? Have you clicked the More for the error details?
If we have added the sharepoint site in connections, then the sharepoint online site should be listed as options when clicking the connect directly.
By default, using PowerApps Studio, when clicking the connect, it will automatically create the sharepoint online connections (if not configured before), based on the PowerApps Studio sign-in account. Please check the Connections in PowerApp web portal, make sure we could add the sharepoint connection from there.
Adding some reference: Connect from Microsoft PowerApps to SharePoint

Seems it is related my account issue, liangju@oocl.com , this is a production account.
and my colleague productiuon accounts have no issue, tsuifa@oocl.com , soed@oocl.com
Could you check why my account cannot connect to the shareponit?
when use portal, click connect, no respond, still not work.
Hi OOCL_Justin,
Apologize to say that I am not very familar with Sharepoint online, I will try and see if I could find any helpful information.
By the way, we need the Correlation ID, so that we could track with the actual requests.
You may follow the aritcle below to find the Correlation ID:

Hi @OOCL_Justin,
What is your current situation?
My apology for the Correlation ID blog, which seems to be not workable in your scenario. In addition, could we login the SharePoint online site, and then try to Create an app from the site list?
Let's see if this could work.
And when it is under the SharePoint online site, then we could follow the blog instruction to find the Correlation ID.
I can not find the create an app icon when login the sharepint online site.
I think it is not related teamsite, becuase I also cannot connect to one dirve businness.
@OOCL_Justin, looks like this issue is related to your PowerApps account as you can't connect to SharePoint and can't connect to OneDrive for Business either. I will invite the senior engineer to have a check it for you as well.
Hello All,

Hi alejandrol ,
