I seem to need a bit of help understanding the license needs with a Power Automate Flow in a specific context. I will outline the specific use case and pertinent details below:
- User has a Dynamics 365 Business Central Essentials license.
- A Power Automate Flow is created with the Business Central "when a record is created" trigger.
- The Flow uses the HTTP (premium) connector to both pull information about the order from one table, and then patch the order in another table.
I see that the licensing guide notes that the Dynamics 365 licenses include Power Automate use rights for the purpose of customizing and extending Dynamics 365 applications. However, it is unclear to me if this would fall under that purpose, and also whether that covers Flow's with premium connectors (the HTTP connector).

I suppose my question then is, does the user that owns this Flow need a Power Automate premium per user license or not?
