Search Acronym API to MS Admin Centre

Hi, Is it possible to create a flow and use an API that will upload to the search & intelligence acronym in the admin center? I created an MS Form, a user can suggest an acronym, and once approved, it will upload automatically in search & intelligence acronym in admin centre using an API. Is this possible to happen?
