Will trigger [When an item is created] and trigger [When an item is created or modified] affect each other?

Hi All,
I created a list for meeting tracking for the project, and when a new entry is created or the data is modified, it will automatically send a mail to users through Power Automate.
At the same time, automatic updates of other data need to be handled separately. So there are 3 Power Automate flows currently, and the trigger conditions are A [When an item is created], B [When an item or a file is modified], C [When an item is created or modified].
After the user created a new item, flow A and B can always be triggered normally, but flow C cannot always be triggered.
Please refer to the picture, such as the items ID 333 and ID 337. The created date is 15:18 on November 10, 2022 and 09:24 on December 2, 2022 respectively.
I can find the matching histories in flow A, but can't find any history of the relevant date in flow C at all.
Do the triggering conditions of these two flows (A and C) affect each other? Or is there any other reason?
It would be great if someone could help. Thank you!

    Hello @Mabel ,

I just tried this in my local environment, and it works fine as expected and both the Flows are Trigger at the same time.

But One thing that I notice here is that flow A [When an item is created] is triggered before the C [When an item is created or modified] with the same actions. The Run Time Difference is 6ms.
