Data Refresh All in Excel Workbook Automatically

I would like to perform some activity in a Excel Worksheet. Basically i want to Refresh Power Query (but not using Macro).
 
i.e. i need some automation which opens a Excel file and then goes to > Data Tab > Click Refresh All. Can i automate this activity using some recorder.

    Yes, PAD has a recorder.  Make sure to go slow and wait for the red rectangles to zero in on the button(s) you want captured for each click...good luck.
