Hello,

I try to make a flow where an User fill a SharePoint List to ask for vacation and add in his calendar an event and schedule in his outlook his OoO Message

I shared the flow, it works fine for me, but does not start for the other user

I think the problem is the user does not create the connection to outlook in flow, Is it possible to set up the connexion for other user ?

thx for your help

    Hi @ bastien,

You are right, if you share the flow with others, the connections in the flow would still be your account, and the flow would only have operations on your outlook. the user that you share the flow with wouldn’t use the flow to configure their own outlook if they don’t update the connections in the flow.

Do you want to change the connection dynamically?

Changing the connection dynamically is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently.

In fact, the shared flow would only work fine for only one account that the connection use in the flow, you couldn’t make the flow work fine for everyone you share the flow with to configure their own outlook.

If you want everyone would have the flow to configure their own outlook. maybe the only way to achieve it is everyone create the flow by themselves and use themselves account in the connections of their flow.

    Alice Zhang
