Is power apps plan license required?

I have a scenario where multiple end users will trigger a Power Automate flow which makes a HTTP call (which is a Premium Connector in PA).

It is enough that the owner of the flow has a Power Apps license here? Or will all the end users (E5 license) need such a license too?

I'm trying to find the answer in the documentation here but I find it it not clear. Thanks for any clarification how the license work!

I think what you are trying to achieve might be termed as Multiplexing.

“Multiplexing” is when individuals use hardware or software to pool connections, reroute or indirectly access information, and/or reduce the number of devices or users that directly access or use a product. Multiplexing can also include reducing the number of devices or users a product directly manages

@SudeepGhatakNZ No, sorry it´s nothing related to multiplexing. It´s a question about Licensing in Power Automate.
