Hi, can anyone please explain the approvals in Dataverse? I know that when you create an approval, it will be stored in Dataverse. In order to get access like to cancel the approvals, it only can be done in Dataverse right?

no, it can also be done in
Power Automate (make.powerautomate.com)
or via the Power Automate mobile app
or via the Approvals app in Teams ...

@max81 I’m developing a leave request system so there are many approvers. It’s not possible to let all applicants to have access to cancel in the Power Automate. I want to create a flow that if an applicant click cancel request then the flow will be cancelled
