Error when using „Get user profile (V2)

When somebody wants to get access to a restricted SharePoint, a message pops up, the he needs permission AND that the user should go to another page. BUT the user doesn’t read this hint, they click on “Request Access”.
Than I will get a mail to a shared mailbox from this SharePoint page, that user xy wants to get access.
I created a flow, that than an automatic mail was sent to the user, that we need more data and the he has to fill in a form on another page and the link.

Until last week everything went fine – but now, the flow stops at “Get user profile (V2) and I get the following error message:
The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Get_user_profile_(V2)' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: The resolved string values for the following parameters are invalid, they may not be null or empty: 'id'
I don’t understand which parameters he wants.
In another forum I read, that I have to go back to the old designer – but that didn't help.
Can you help me?

I think that a Reply To address was not set by the sender of the email message.

In that case the value of the Reply To property will be null i.e. Reply To doesn't exist because it was never set.

And the Get_user_profile actions fails because no value was given to it in order to get a user profile.

Reply To is usually set in the Outlook client, or you can set it using the one of the Send an email actions:

The error says that no reply-to e-mail address was present. You can do a couple of things:
    1. In the Get user profile action, use a coalesce expression to populate the user. Put the reply to e-mail address first, and then manually enter an alternate e-mail address if it is null. Just be sure that the alternate user is a valid account.
    2. Add a parallel action under the get user profile action. What you add will be up to you based on how you want to handle when the action fails. However, you will set your current e-mail action to only run if the get user profile action succeeds.
      1. For the parallel action, you could send yourself an e-mail saying the reply to user was not found or you could simply use a terminate flow action to end the flow so it does not fail.

Thank you for your tips - but they didn't help.

I have now inserted the E-Mail Address from the E-Mail-Body - with several  compose actions:

The biggest problem was here, to extract the brackets from the E-Mail-Adress - but now - but now after 2 nights of test & trying it finally works again.
