Parse field whose name holds a single quote

I am attempting to parse a field that holds a single quote. How do you handle the single quote so that I do not have to amend the Formstack field?
parseDateTime(triggerBody()?['Date d'évaluation'], 'en-GB','dd/MM/yyyy')

    parseDateTime(triggerBody()?['Date d''évaluation'], 'en-GB','dd/MM/yyyy')
