Newbie needs help with Outlook

Hi,

 

Newbie here. This is my first flow and it regards outlook calendar:

trigger - event is created during working hours (ie 9am-6pm)

action - new event is created from 8pm-6am

 

I get the logic but don't know how to work with day/time formats

 

tks for all that can help
