I am trying to fix an error in one of my cloud flows. The flow is used to read an email, and create a share link of an attachment of the email (if one exists). The error message that occurs when the flow run fails is:
Error- "Action 'Create_share_link' failed"
Details "You cannot break inheritance for this item because there are too many items with unique permissions in this list."
The only common thread I have found between the success and failures is the failures have a media type "application/pdf". I am new to power automate and would appreciate places to look for solutions or even how to solve/what unique permissions are?

If you wish to share the PDF file attachment, please save it in OneDrive or SharePoint before that and then try to share it to list of people or group (by providing access to the file with SharePoint group).
