You can use launch waze from a power app. If Address is a powerapp field then the OnSelect is
Launch("https://waze.com/ul?q=" & Address &"&navigate=yes")
The navigation key word doesn't force the app directly to the navigation but brings the address up ready to navigate to.

Works on Iphone with IOS 10. I had Waze already installed. If Waze is not installed it looks like it should prompt the user to install the app from the vendor store.
