Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I'm having issues with parts of the jira connector. I have no issue creating issues by events from SP lists.

But im trying to add comments based on events from SP lists. However it keeps giving me Json errors.

The add comment requires Unique Issue Key, which i tried getting by adding to the SP list upon creation of Jira ticket. However im not sure what format it needs to be in.

Also tried converting this string to just SSD-4605 and brings up an entirely different issue
