I have an app that has a call list where you can click the gallery item, from your cell phone, and it will prompt you to call the corresponding number. Everything works and has been working.....until recently.
When my Power Apps app updated on my iPhone, I am no longer able to click the item. Nothing has changed within the app itself. Fellow staff who have not yet updated the Power Apps app from the Apple Store do not have any issues.
Is this a known bug? Are there any work arounds for Iphone specifically?
This is the response I got from MST support when I created a ticket for this -
"Received confirmation from the Product Group on the issue you are experiencing. It seems that the control itself is functioning correctly. It's designed to display a link that, when clicked, triggers a specific action. However, how that action unfolds depends on your device and its operating system.
We've verified the issue doesn't occur on all devices. This suggests the cause might be specific to your iOS device or its settings. Updates to iOS's operating system or settings can sometimes alter how certain elements, like links, function."
Android devices have no problem. Yet to find a workaround.
