Grant access to an item or a folder in Sharepoint library keeps sending approval email to site Owners

Hey I am a bit confused, I am trying to set up a flow that grants edit access to a specific file for a specific users, and when I run the flow I keep receiving an email where the specific user is requesting access permission to the file, and the flow fails at the access granting step....

By default, the user has read-only access.

Do I need to change something to my site permission settings?

Could you share a screen shot of the flow, as my test below the user should be received an email that the access has been granted.

Hey @trquin22 thanks for trying to help me out 🙂

This is what I've got
Like I said, by default my users on this Sharepoint Library have a read-only access, but my idea is to give them edit access on a file to file basis using a flow (as this is not possible out of the box for Libraries).

And this is the email message I get:
I think the flow fails because the access permission is not granted automatically and need manual validation (email notification)
