How to call msdyn_CreateProjectV1 inside an action

I want to create a premium planner, inside power automate, but i can not find the msdyn_CreateProjectV1 inside the ActionName list, as follow:-
 
 
 
 
so how i can call "msdyn_CreateProjectV1"?? Also if i try to type the "msdyn_CreateProjectV1" manually, i will get this error:-
 
Request to XRM API failed with error: 'Message: Code: InnerError: '

    Hi @johnjohnPter, I also faced this issue and in my case, my connection reference that I was using it has invalid connection. So, I would suggest you to follow below things:
     
    1. You must ensure the connection to Dataverse is valid. Re-authenticate the connection or create it again if needed.
    2. The flow's user/account needs enough security permissions in Dataverse to run the action, including write access to required entities.

    Hi @johnjohnPter, Sorry for late reply. I am sure that you might have already installed Dynamics 365 Project Operations in the environment where you are creating this Power Automate.
     
    Entities where you should have permission are:
    1. msdyn_project (Project): You must have Create, Read, Write, Append, and Append To permissions. This is mandatory because the action creates a new project record and sets relationships on it.

    2. Supporting Reference Entities:

      • Read on msdyn_projectbucket (Project bucket) and msdyn_planningproject (if using templates).

      • Read on bookableresourcecategory (Role) and basic system entities like user/team for resolving lookups.
      •  
    3. Team and Schedule Entities (if your flow later adds tasks, team members, or assignments):
      • Create, Read, Write, Append, Append To on msdyn_projecttask, msdyn_projecttaskdependency, msdyn_projectteam, and msdyn_resourceassignment.
    For most scenarios, assign a built-in Project Operations security role such as Project Manager or Project Approver.

    @ANB thanks, seems i have a licensing issue, based on my reading the service account needs this license:-

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics-365/products/project-operations/pricing?msockid=3bb9cc35f64e6cbb3c76d96df7256dab
     
    which the service account i am using to create the flows and the enviroments does not have,,, so is this license needed? when i tried to create a new environment inside power platform admin, the option to add dynamics apps was disabled. is this due to lack of the needed license ?Thanks
