Length of a previous step output not recognized in the dynamic expression

Are there any recent changes happened on the cloud flows? I am unable to get the length expression dynamically. It is always asking for select parameters option but not listing all possible outputs of previous steps.

    you're on preview portal of power automate. Maybe new releases might have happened internally.
