Hi all

I want to use Power Automate to build a contract expiration date alert. I have over 30 nos Excel with same format and table setting on OneDrive but no idea how to load multiple excel with the date checking process (I don't want to click 30 times "List rows present in a table ^_^"). Anyone can help? Tks

    Hi @hankycheng0621 ,

It will fail because you are passing some other file format instead of xlsx

    Hi @hankycheng0621 ,

It was not a issue, if that file is not having table it will not move further steps, if file is having table it will move to further steps check with click on next.

It will work Just handle exception

Here in that condition three dots click there we have configure run after action is present

    This is exception handling.

And that folder should contain only excel files.

    Regards

    Ahammad Riyaz

Tks @Ahammad_Riyaz  , i try it but fail. Error message is 'Could not obtain a WAC access token.'. I checked Excel REST API supports only Office Open XML file formatted workbooks. The .xls extension workbooks are not supported.

    Hi @hankycheng0621,

First you have to display list files in folder, after you have to get tables so it will get the file properties, this will work if the file is created as a table format excel.

    Please refer the screenshots.

and every action u have to pass inside apply to each from filter array to send email.
