Can you share a screenshot of your flow setup and which actions you are using.

Based on the error message it seems that you are trying to retrieve Microsoft Forms questions, is that correct?

Hi

Is the Form a form that you created? Is it shared with you? Also make sure that connection you are using is valid for this form. You may either need to create a new one, and or go to your Connections Tab on the home screen (not in your flow) and validate its valid

But as the previous poster said, please make sure to share your flow, pictures and the inputs and outputs etc so we can help better.
