My mailbox was recently moved from Exchange Server (on-prem) to Exchange Online (Cloud)
Seems like there was a caching issue.

Emptied Cache and did a hard reload and cleared site data then the connection worked.

If you've recently made changes to your mailbox to make it work on Power Automate, the site data might still have old info and this might lead to the above issue.

    Hi,

    thanks for your replyes.

eventually i consulted with Microsoft and they suggested that it might be that i was added to some new policy, which  was correct, so i asked my IT to be removed from that policy and it solved the issue.
