Need helps with misunderstanding about Attachments choice

When creating the flow with email,

There would be two choices in advanced option.

But I am confused with the meaning of [Has attachment] and [Include attachment].

What is the difference?

    Has Attachement - when set to true - will only trigger on "new emails" that have an attachment on them.

    Include attachment - when set to true - will pass on the actual attachment content to subsequent actions.
