@VisheshVats I think that four your requirements the first thing is to create a schedule flow. This can be done using the reference below Run flows on a schedule in Power Automate - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs

To get the file from your SFTP you need to use the connector SFTP - SSH - Connectors | Microsoft Docs and the the actions to get the files.

With that, use the connector for One Drive to save the files OneDrive for Business - Connectors | Microsoft Docs

There are some templates for One Drive and also for SFT on Browse Templates | Microsoft Power Automate that can help on it also the community here 🙂
