Hello All,
Could you give me a favor?
Both workflows are working well. However,
1) This one - MS 365 Plan license. - the workflow appeared as a 'failed'
2. This one - Microsoft 365 Business Basic. The workflow appeared as successful.
Only difference is the lists and lookup options. The structure wise, everything is the same.
I don't know why 1) is successful and 2) is failure.

Pls check the error details by clicking on "Next failed" arrow button on top of "Condition" action.
