Power Apps Error when trying to receive data from the network

Hello,
Recently another site owner and I started running into network errors and lengthy delays when playing the Client Dashboard app I developed using a service account. There's a loading welcome screen which works fine. After loading, users are taken to Client Lookup screen. It has a combo box filter and gallery with Client details. The combo box takes awhile to load. After I select a client from the combo box the clients contact info is displayed in a gallery and there are 3 buttons to choose from. Each button takes users to a different screen each containing a gallery and document viewer on them. When using the service account, these screens take a long time to load. When using the Test User account, the screens don't take too long.

I ran a few app monitor sessions and noticed the Error when trying to receive data from the network. See attached. I'm not sure how to resolve this. The Client Contacts list has 715 items in it so that shouldn't be an issue. Client Documents have just over 2500 files and will increase. As I'm typing this, I'm wondering if that's the issue. Should I add some collections on App Start to reduce or chunk out the number of files being pulled in? If so, any best practices on how to do that?

ON a related note, I've also had a SPO throttling issue with the site and Client Contacts list that started around 7/10/23. I have an open support case with MS for that. What happens is if I am logged in as service account, I can get to the site, but after clicking around on lists or system pages for a bit, I get a throttling message and am unable to access site content and settings.

I don't know if these two issues are related, but it seems possible.

    Hi,

You are unfortunately on the wrong line. If you are on the correct line, you should see 4 tables. (I only see 2).
In the 4th tab, that is where you will expand the Header and Body sections and it will give you real information, not friendly errors
Do that and you should find it quickly.

My thought is the user doesn't have proper roles etc in Dataverse or SharePoint or AD Group

    Hi @FLMike,
Thanks for reply. I don't see a button to respond to your response so I'm adding mine here. I double-checked roles. The service account I'm using is a SP site admin. It is also a System Admin in the power platform environment and has been since last year. I ran another monitoring session this morning and there are more errors. I'm not sure how to view the 4 tables. I click on the error row, then expand the error panel. It only shows me the 2 tables. Is there something else I should click?

The environment is using 1.79 GB Database usage and 1.43 GB File usage so well under any limitations. I don't see any issues in Power Platform admin center Analytics either.

    Thank you.
