Creating Hubspot Contact Trigger

I want to create a custom trigger that connects to Hubspot and starts a flow whenever a contact is created. I've looked around and saw that possibly using workflows and webhooks in Hubspot may be the answer but I am unsure of how to do that. If anyone has done this or something similar, any help would be greatly appreciated!
