
Hi everybody,
I have an issue with the process advisor: whatever source file I use (local csv, sharepoint csv, excel, salesforce object and so on) i was unable to finish the process. When I hit the button "save and analyze" I receive the following generic error message regardless the source file used:
"Something went wrong, please try again later. If the error persists, please contact support."
I was able to upload the file, choose the column but can not save.
I tried several browser. I have a business 365 account, as far as i know If the permission was insufficient i should not see the "process Advisor" tool at all or recieve a specific grant related error message.
How can I verify the grant?
Do you have any cloue on how to troubleshoot it?
