Hi All,

I have a flow using the O365 outlook connector and one of the 3rd party users is getting a 404 error

when the user clicks ellipses, they only get a switch account option

can anyone advise or suggest another option?

Microsoft documentation - This error can occur if the mailbox is on a dedicated Microsoft Exchange Server and is not a valid Microsoft 365 mailbox.

    HI

    Thats too small to read.

But I am assuming that this 3rd party person has never worked, and the connection itself is NOT shared with them.

Are they are guest in your AD?
Did you assign them a License? (for O365, and Power Apps) etc?

Its one of those. Make sure they are able to use Shared Connections.

    Cheers,
