Im trying to better organize the company i work for using teams. we started using work flows but we are still doing manual work which sometimes gets forgotten such as when a task is completed the files are being moved manually to the "closed order" folder and I tried looking for a flow that can move the files automatically when the task in planner is completed. if anyone has any idea how to do this.
