Temporary(?) "Source or Destination likely invalid" Error Message

I have a simple Flow with the "When a File or Item is modified" trigger. There is then a condition to check whether the filename contains a certain string, and then move the document to a subfolder if it is found. Please see below (the Composes are just there to construct the file destination at the end from filename information and were pulled out when it was being tested).flow.png

This was created several months ago and it has been working as expected without issue in that time without being changed at all. Over the weekend the flow had failed several times with the error "Source or Destination likely invalid. Check if item or destination has been deleted.", however when I resubmitted the flows first thing this morning (without changing anything) they were successful so I assumed it may have been some kind of Sharepoint issue or outage. However it has occurred again this afternoon with the same error message and has not yet resolved itself. If I copy out the constructed URLs in the Move File action from the failed flows they correctly link to the file and the destination folder, so I do not understand the error message.

I suspect it would be related to why it failed a few days ago but worked earlier today without change, but I am not a Flow/Automate expert. Any suggestions to check would be greatly appreciated.

Update: As recommended in an older, related topic, I rebuilt the flow from scratch and it is working again. It is identical to the first one so I am unsure what would cause this and am not happy with this solution as it will probably break again in the future.
