How do I establish trigger between sharepoint discussion board and teams?

Hello,

I am new to Power Automate. 

I have a forum on Sharepoint discussion board and every time there is a new question posted on the discussion board, I would like to send an alert or push notification  on Team app . Ideally I would like to send the newly posted question as an alert or push notification. If it is difficult then a message (with the posted question) to Team Chat is ok as well.

How do I go about setting this up?
