I have a form that use for incident report. I'm trying to make that when employees submit new response, that response will be send to our helpdesk email as an attachment. The title should be something like "incident report from (person who submit report)"

currently I can't figure out how to make the response as attachment, is this possible?

    Hi!

    You can build an HTML table with the relevant answers, convert it to pdf en send it to your helpdesk mailbox.

    Please have a look to this template, you just need to identify the answers you want to share and add them to the 'Select' mapping table by means of dynamic content

    Hope this helps

    @948307

    If all you need is the data in a text file and to attach the text file to an email, see my example below:

    Hi @ScottShearer ,

    Your response was really helpful, thank you.  I am new to playing around with Flow (hence continuing work on a Saturday!) I wondered about the Forms response - it requires the unique responder ID - how should that field be populated as clearly they are unique each time someone submits the form?

    Sorry it is probably something really obvious I have overlooked, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

    What do you put in the "from" in Create HTML Table?
