AI Plugin Returning System Error

Hi,

I recently created an AI Prompt in Copilot and added it as a plugin in one of my topics. However every time the conversation reaches the plugin node I get a system error. After searching through the documentation I saw its suggested to post these on the forum. Has anyone successfully used the Ai Plugin Prompts in copilot? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
