Error: 'One or more of your connections may not be authenticated. Tap here to fix them.'

In some cases,the above error occurs.

Environment: Powerapps + Sharepoint Online (user has permission)

I built-up some app.

When users press the button on the first screen,the app will connect to sharepoint to get the data.

This error message usually occurs when about 25 users get the data at the same time.

All using the same WiFi connection.

But an earlier event,about 500 users joined,they use their own 4g/3g network.

Looks like no problem.

So i want to know,is there a connection limit for the same IP?

Or any other reason for this.

There is no specific limits for the connection with the same IP, but it has call limits:

For SharePoint connector,

Throttling Limits

Name Calls Renewal Period

API calls per connection 600 60 seconds

Besides, please ask the user to check their own connection, make sure the credentials is Valid.

The process is as follows:
IPad > Log in Powerapps > enter the app > touch the control object > try to get sharepoint online list
> error > Tap here to fix them > fixed > exit the app than enter again > success to get sharepoint list

On the lesson,half of the students encountered this problem.
-They can successfully log in powerapps App and enter the app.
-After "Tap here to fix them",they can access the sharepoint list,that means that
there is no problem with permissions(sharepoint online list).
-Only occurs when a class of students try to access sharepoint online list in a short time.

I still don't know what causes the credentials is invalid.
