Filter Query with Multiple conditions is failing

Hello,

I am running into an issue. When I enter two conditions in Filter Query, the flow fails but it works when I enter each condition separately. I have reviewed my syntax several times but the issue still remains. Anyone willing to take a second look? I'm sharing a screenshot in case it will help.

The column names are correct and so is the data.

I have also tried "eq" or "contains" for both conditions but got the same error.
