"login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect" error message while accessing work hours on Project app for a resource

Hello!

 

I get a "login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect" error while trying to access work hours for ANY resource on Project app. I have both global admin rights as well as Sharepoint admin rights. I need to be able to modify default work hours for my projects in Project Online.Screenshot 2024-07-05 at 3.24.20 PM.png
