Action 'Get_file_properties' failed: List View Not Found

I have a "Get file properties" action in a flow. This action uses dynamic values for the site address and Id. It also has the "Limit Columns by View" parameter set to only use the "PV - Page IDs" view.

I get the error below for each site page in the loop. However, I checked all libraries and they have the "PV - Page IDs" view. I'm also a site admin on all sites, so I don't know why I'm getting this error.

Have you gone into the list and checked to make sure that someone did not delete or rename the view? Based on the error message, it says the view cannot be found. I would edit your action and click the x to clear the currently selected view from the action. Then reselect the view, save the flow and see if that resolves the issue.

I am not sure it is possible to select a personal view, but is the view you have selected a personal view? If so, that will not work. It needs to be a public view. I would also suggest creating a new view with the fields you need and give it a simple name without any special characters (e.g., workflowview). It could be that the hyphen in the view name is the issue.
