Hey,
We use the generative answers & boost conversation feature, but I'm running into this error during the trial period.
Error Message: The OpenAI usage limit is reached. Try again later or contact your admin to increase the limit. Error Code: OpenAIRateLimitReached
I can't find many details on the limitations and the rates.
Can someone point me in the right direction, please?

During the preview, bots with generative answers enabled have a limit on the number of queries they can make that reach out to the URLs you specified. Normal conversations that use bot topics follow the usual quotas and limitations

Once the feature is no longer in preview and becomes G.A. (Generally Available, i.e. officially supported and suitable for production use cases) this shouldn’t be an issue, assuming licensing and technical requirements are met.

The target date isn't public now but I'm hopeful that it will soon be published as part of the 2023 Release Wave 2 plans. They should become available here:
