Trouble signing in with my Power APP on IOS 6, 7 and 11.4

Hi, can anyone please help? We are having the same issues some of our senior leaders are using Android and our PowerApp is working fine. For the leaders that are using IPhone's, it is not working. We have people using IOS 6, 7 and the latest 11.4. None of which can open the APP. They can't seem to sign in. We have tried to uninstall, reinstall, downloading SharePoint APP and then reinstalling... Any other tips. This is frustrating!!!!

    Hi,

     

    Looking at your issue here, this will almost certainly require a Microsoft Customer Support case. I would suggest creating a case with them and they can take a look at some of the logs on the back end. Include the screen shot that you attached here and that should speed it up.
