Hi everyone ! I have a flow executing a excel script and I test it on my computer and works great ! I want to make usable this script for all computers of the sharepoint site. My power automate flow run this excel script by the 'run script'.

Here is the error : Unable to find the script. It may have been deleted or its sharing has been stopped.

Thanks in advance

Yes, @rzaneti I have the "Share" option, I put on "on" this option, I'm testing...

Hi @ProtoSup , if you want to let other users run this flow, then you could try to save the script in a SharePoint site that is accessible to all the users, then use the "Run script from SharePoint library" action in your flow. See: Office Scripts file storage and ownership - Office Scripts | Microsoft Learn

Hopefully that helps! Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi @ProtoSup ,

I did some additional research here and the 'Run only users' is available only for manual triggered flows. So you won't actually need to edit this setting in your flow, assuming that it has a recurrent or automated trigger.

Just to confirm: are you able to see this 'Share' button in your Code Editor, when clicking in the 'Script' ellipsis?

Also, if you are using your Excel in the Desktop App, could you please try these alternatives with Excel for Web?

Let me know if it works!!

Thanks @rzaneti , I have no chance.... I don't have this 'Run only users' button... Where can I also edit this property ?

    Thanks in advance

    Re: Error using excel scipt.

    Hi @ProtoSup ,

There is also this alternative, which will basically make the other users run the Excel action through your connection. I found it here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Office-Script-Error-quot-Script-not-found-It-may-have-been/td-p/1402973

In summary, you just need to go to your flow details page and edit the 'Run only users':

It will open a new pane with the available connections. Change the Excel one to 'Use this connection':

By using this approach, the other users will run this action with the same privileges that your account has. This is very useful when you want to share a permission only in the context of a specific flow.

If this approach also doesn't work, we can investigate further your script sharing issue.

    Hi @ProtoSup ,

Apparently you didn't share the Script with the other users. First, make sure that they have access to your Excel file and then share the Script.

To share it, open the Script details in Code Editor, navigate until 'Script access' and share it without a button:

If it doesn't work, you eventually may have the option to share the script by clicking in 'More options' from your Script details in Code Editor. I found it in this official docs link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/sharing-office-scripts-in-excel-226eddbc-3a44-4540-acfe-fccda3d1122b

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!
