Hi there

I am experiencing the problem with publishing my Copilot Studio agent. It throws the exception

"Dynamics 365 Contact Center is not provisioned in the given environment. Telephony and NLU+ features require Dynamics 365 Contact Center to be enabled."

Strange enough, but I was able to publish it and did it successfully in the end of June last time. No parameters/settings I changed ever since.

What can cause the problem?

Weird, I wonder if Microsoft did a back-end patch that is causing this.

Are you able to see if it is in your tenant / environment or not under Solutions?

I had the same issue and was able to resolve this.

In Settings (Instellingen) - Speech (Spraak) I disabled all options except the most above because this was greyed out:

After a couple of hours I was able to disable de most above option:

Now it is possible again to publish the agent
