Hi, I would like to ask about the subject matter.

■Overview

When attempting to copy an existing flow in Power Automate Desktop, the error “The selected flow could not be found” appears.

The steps taken are as follows: Home > Flows > My Flows >Clicking “Create a copy” triggers the above error.

I use the Free license.

※PAD Versions : 2.34.187.23206

■Questions

Please advise on the cause of the selection failure and the appropriate countermeasures.

Hi @CU13020130-0,

I believe the flow is having some issues, one thing you can do is create another flow and if you have any content in the previous flow copy to the new flow and try to save the content to the new flow and now try to see if it creates a copy, Hope this helps you

Hello @Srini007,

We faced the same issue too.

But actually the copy has been created in power platform.

If you try multiple times dismissing this error, multiple copies are being created in Power platform. Looks like some sort of bug.

One work around is open the flow of which you want to create a copy and select File > Save As and rename it with the new name until the issue is addressed.

I tried copying using KC Maringanti method and it worked perfectly!

And I hope the bug gets fixed.
