Hide the column/field name from the tooltip in a model driven apps form

Is there a way to hide the field name from a tooltip in a model driven apps form (i.e. 'fieldName - fieldDescription')? I only want the fieldDescription to be displayed in the highlighted box below.

    Currently ther eis not possible to modify the tool tips, Is always going to be field label + field description.
