Paste from Power Automate to Power automate desktop

Ok all, I have a scenario that I cannot figure out.

Let's start with my end result. I have a Power Automate desktop flow that copies information out of a spreadsheet table into a website we use. This is a table of information. This works great.

I also have Power Automate flow to populate this table with information for the single purpose to retrieve it again in Power Automate Desktop. This works great.

Here is my issue, when the flows run back to back, the spreadsheet sometimes gets messed up syncing back and forth from OneDrive to my local computer. I figure I could change the flow from pulling the Spreadsheet from the online webform of Excel but I think this is overkill. There has to be a way to pass the "variable" of the table to Power Automate Desktop. I do this with other single variables with success. I also know there is a populate the clipboard in Power Automate desktop. I am just missing the passing of the table.

Does anyone know how to pass a table of info like this as a variable?

Example table:

Header 1      Header 2      Header 3

Number1     Variable1      Variable1

Number2     Variable2      Variable2

Number3     Variable3      Variable3

Number4     Variable4      Variable4

Number5     Variable5      Variable5

You can define multiple subflows and access the same data table variable created by reading the initial Excel file:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/designer-workspace#setting-up-subflows

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/actions-reference/flowcontrol#callfunction
