Defining a date

In Power Automate I see lots of functions to work with existing dates, but I can't figure out if it is possible to define a date from scratch something similar to =DATE function in Excel

 

e.g. =DATE(2022,12,22)

 

Is this possible?

    You change change the date format according to your needs. eg: yyyy-MM-dd
