Thank to your support & advice, I could solve my difficulties.
My data policy environment does not allow combination Office365 outlook and Google calender.
So I'm using combination Outlook.com and Google calender.
Unfortunatedly, Outlook.com seems no update compare with Office365 outlook.
Most critical point of Office365 outlook under my usage (copy outlook calender to Google calender) is no support of All Day event. Onetime, I got advice to input sametime in both Starting time and End time.
Could you sameone update Connection of Google calender - Outlook.com same level with Office365 outlook especially recognition of "all day event".

Always thank you for your prompt reply.
Before all, onetime I asked All day event issue on Outlook.com to Google calender. And I got temporal solution.

However My couleage request create all days event on Google calender.

I reconstuct with this template.
I create all day event.
This template does not recognize all day event. 28th August 2018
On Google calender shows event
from 9:00 AM 28th August 2018
to 9:00 AM 29th August 2018
I was adviced in case of all day event, input
Starting time 9:00 AM
End time 9:00 AM
or To adjust Japan local time
Starting time 9:00 AM - 9hr
End time 9:00 AM -9 hr.
Myself percially satisfied this solution.
However my coleagues still insist allday event on Google calender.
Is it difficult to modify or update templates for every user can use it without any complicated logic.
Now I trying to create Google calender with this template. Please waite a bit to upload result to explain more detail

Here, I explain with actual Goole calender on the web example.
One is created by Flow.
Second is What we want to get as result by Flow result, Google original all day event.
we do not want "Starting time","End time", but we want all day event.Event created by Flow
What we want to get as result by Flow result, Google original all day event.
I realized if I simply input below.
Starting time: addHours(items('Create_events_in_Google_Calendar_')?['Start'],-9)
End time : addHours(items('Create_events_in_Google_Calendar_')?['Start'],15)
I got almost same view with direct input event to Google calender as all day event.
