I have a list of all of our company documents that I have set up with columns for department, issue date, expiration date, and responsible persons. I want to use Power Automate to send a reminder email to the responsible party when the expiry/review date is approaching, but I want to avoid the issue of having to manually change the responsible person for documents each time there is an organizational change or a new person is hired to a position. Is there a way to set the responsible person column to a job title rather than a specific person so that whoever is in that position will get the reminder email? If there is a better way to do this, please let me know. I'm new to Power Automate.
