Save email response in sharepoint list

Hi community!

I have a approval flow that send emails from a mailbox notifying the requester that the response was submitted.

However, i would like to save this response email in the flow, updating the sharepoint item.

Thank you for your suggestion.

Actually, what i was looking for is a way to save the email sent and attached it to the item.

The flow consist in, after modifying an item in SharePoint list, it will route an approval flow. Approving the changes, it will automatically send email and update the item with the date that the email was sent. This part of the flow are running sucessfully.

However, i was wondering if is it possible to besides updating the item with the date that email was sent, if it´s possible to save the email sent as attachment.

I´ve tried this

But, since the email is sent from a shared mailbox, how could I adapt this flow with a "send email from shared mailbox" instead of simply "send email" ?
