Hi,

I have a flow that is triggered by a staff member clicking a button on a PowerApp.

This usually works ok, ie. Succeeded, but sometimes fails for some users, see er.ong attached.

Any ideas what this means and how it can be rectified?

The fact that I have to check the flow each day makes it very unreliable.

Hi,

It sounds like there's a permission issue with the user that is getting the error (and that's why it works most of the time but fails intermittently). Make sure they have access to the Site and List. Also check:

Reauthenticate the Connection:

In Power Automate, go to Data > Connections.

Locate the connection for SharePoint that is being used in your flow.

Click on the connection and choose the option to Reconnect or Sign in again. This will refresh the token and should resolve the unauthorized errors for now.
